A deeply restorative experience for mind, body, and energy.

The MSH Signature Session brings together Reiki and auriculotherapy with guided meditation, aromatherapy, and therapeutic sound to create a deeply relaxing and restorative 90-minute experience.

Your session begins with auriculotherapy, using gentle stimulation of specific points on the ear to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. From there, you’ll settle comfortably onto the Reiki table and be guided into a relaxed state with meditation and aromatherapy.

The heart of the session is a full Reiki treatment, offering time to slow down, quiet the mind, release tension, and simply receive. Your experience concludes with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, allowing a few final moments of stillness and integration before returning to your day.

The Signature Session is ideal for those who want to experience several of Mind Soma Health’s restorative modalities within one thoughtfully designed session. There is nothing you need to prepare, accomplish, or work through. This is time set aside for you to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Each session is offered with care and adapted to your comfort and individual needs.
